Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
- Delivering extraordinary customer care by responding to calls in a timely manner
- Growing and nurturing carrier relationships on each and every call that results in measurable productivity
- Document necessary account information while speaking to caller
- Maintaining acceptable performance standards, including efficiency, dependability and productivity
- Extensive phone and computer time (95% of the day is on the phone)
- 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday
- 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday
- 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday
