  • Working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
  • Delivering extraordinary customer care by responding to calls in a timely manner
  • Growing and nurturing carrier relationships on each and every call that results in measurable productivity
  • Document necessary account information while speaking to caller
  • Maintaining acceptable performance standards, including efficiency, dependability and productivity
  • Extensive phone and computer time (95% of the day is on the phone)

Shifts:

  1. 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday
  2. 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday
  3. 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday

The Junior Recruiter will correctly process inbound and outbound calls for job applicants by individual account instructions in a positive and professional manner. Job duties include providing the highest level of customer service, utilizing active listening skills to record and evaluate responses, scheduling candidates to appointments, meeting (or exceeding) department and company standards as outlined as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and responding to coaching with improved performance.

Recruiters report to the Call Center Managers, Coordinators, Floor Coaches, and Control center support staff. They are required to meet specific structured guidelines to remain in good standing with the company. These structured responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain weekly productivity percentage of 90% or higher
  • Log time percentage is at or above 90%
  • Quality monitoring average is at or above 93%
  • Use Unitime swipe card when arriving and leaving work to track attendance
  • Be seated at your cubicle five minutes prior to your designated start time
  • Use photo ID to gain access into and around the building
  • Read all call center communications including, Hot Sheets, handouts, employee handbook, flyer, postings, and payroll stuffers

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monetary transactions including but not limited to inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, payments, proper identification, proper endorsements and sale of negotiable items
  • Continually safeguard bank’s cash and the security of the working environment while processing deposit and withdrawals for checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposits, loan payments, cashing various types of checks and/or savings withdrawals and other transactions (i.e. Travelers Checks, Money Orders and issuance request for Savings Bonds) in accordance with bank policy and procedures
  • Handle inquiries about customer accounts or service
  • Direct appropriate requests for routing information to proper individual(s)
  • Perform ATM and night deposit processing and balancing
  • Count, sort and package currency and coin
  • Comply with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
  • Present a professional image and communicate with public, co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous, positive  and professional manner
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
  • Balance the day’s transactions according to standard procedures
  • Audit and investigate end of day balancing discrepancies until resolved

  • Writing accident and incident reports; making sure a copy is made and given to the director
